Common QUESTIONS:

For this workshop we require an open space (a field or similar) at least 20m in length.

We also ask is that the area we’re using to be cordoned off during break and lunch times, so the day can run smoothly from start to finish.

Your workshop leader will keep an eye on the weather in the days leading up to your booking. If heavy rain, strong winds, or storms are expected, they’ll get in touch via email 1–2 days beforehand to rearrange your workshop for the nearest possible date —working around the weather and our availability to find the best fit to reschedule.

But don’t worry this happens less often than you would think!

Nope—there’s no prep needed from you! We’ll arrive with everything ready to go,.

All we ask is that the school is ready to host us: please make sure there’s suitable parking for your workshop leader and easy access to the outdoor space (our resource trolleys are on wheels!). We’ll also need access to the building to fill up water when needed. It’s helpful if reception staff are expecting us to sign in and can point us in the right direction.

Yes, your usual classroom staff will need to join the workshop.

While our workshop leaders are experienced in working with a wide range of children, no one knows your class like you do. Having familiar adults present helps us ensure the session runs smoothly and allows us to give the best support—especially when it comes to behaviour and any additional needs.

We see it as a team effort and really value your input on the day!
