Can I cancel my memberhsip at any time?

You can cancel your memberhship up until the point of renewal. To do this, log into your account and go to 'My Account', then select 'Plan' to end your membership.

Will I receive a receipt upon purchase?

All receipts for all purchases made via card can be found in your account. To download them please login and go to 'My Account', then select the 'Biling' tab to access them.

What is the difference between individual and school memberships?

School memberships give your school the rights to use our lesson plans across the school by multiple staff members and across multiple classes.

Individual memberships have limitations on the number of downloads, as they are designed for an individual to use with their own class only. Please see our T&C's for more information.

Does the membership auto-renew?

All card payments auto-renew unless cancelled by logging in and going to 'My Account' and selecting the 'Plan' tab to manage the membership.

School memberships paid by invoice will expire after 12 months. We will notify you before the end of your access with plenty of time to renew to ensure staff do not lose access if you would like to sign up for another year.

Can I switch between plans?

If you have an individual membership you can save on your membership by switching from a 3 monthly plan to an annual plan. To do this login, go to 'My Account' and select the 'Plans' tab. Upgrades are billed pro rata.

Do you have different payment options?

For school memberships you can pay by card or submit a contact form to pay by invoice.

Individual memberships are by card payment only.

After payment do I get instant access?

If you have made payment by card your access is instant.

If you have chosen to submit a contact form to pay by invoice, our team will be in touch within 2 working days to issue the invoice to you. You will be given access once your invoice is issued. Invoices have a 40 day payment term.

How do we set up access for different staff members?

Different staff accounts are for school memberships only. An email will be sent to the account holder for a school membership with instructions on how to do set them up. It's very simple & straight forward but if you have any issues we are on hand via email to support you via info@alfrescolearning.co.uk
